Alicia is responsible for leading Jopari’s Submitter Client Integration Team whose primary focus is to work with clients who are implementing Jopari eBill, Jopari Attach and Jopari Remittance Gateway solutions.
Alicia has 15 years’ experience in the healthcare industry with 10 years’ experience in various leadership roles. Alicia joined Jopari in 2012 after working with a revenue cycle management company, Truebridge, a subsidiary of CPSI. Prior to working in the healthcare space, Alicia was a Call Center Supervisor with Schwan‘s Company.
Alicia graduated Magna Cum Laude from Grantham University with a degree in Health Systems Management. She serves as the Secretary of the WEDI P&C Sub workgroup and received the WEDI Volunteer Service award in 2014.
Angela oversees provider and payer integrations from sales through new client implementations and adoption of Jopari’s products and services. Her highly skilled team is responsible for designing, transforming, and executing new business while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Angela began her career with a large group health organization in IT. As well, she has extensive experience in the Property and Casualty arena. Since joining Jopari in 2008, her primary focus has been onboarding and supporting new clients. She has over 25 years of experience in healthcare technology and has been instrumental in expanding Jopari’s overall growth. In addition to Angela’s commitment to our customers, she is a trusted leader that brings years of expertise and industry knowledge to developing and inspiring teams. Consistent with our vision, mission, and standards of excellence, she is dedicated to spearheading new projects, innovative solutions, and cost saving methods for our clients.
Barbara is responsible for leading Jopari’s Client Success teams including Account Management, Client Support and Sales Administration. These highly skilled team members manage all levels of relationships with new and existing P&C and Commercial clients including, but not limited to, developing strategies for growth by providing quality, cost-effective services, and handling day-today inquiries from all Jopari Clients to ensure that they are successful in managing their businesses.
Having previously led the implementation of multiple components of The Hartford Insurance Company’s Workers’ Compensation Claims and Medical Cost Containment Programs, she has also led many Customer Care Call Center, and international BPO Initiatives for several nationally prominent business organizations, including The Hartford Insurance Company, Deluxe Financial Services, Inc., and Xerox.
Barbara joined Jopari 8 years ago. She has over 30 years of leadership experience in the insurance and banking industry, specializing in Group Health and Workers’ Compensation Claims Medical Program Management, in addition to Customer Care Call Center Management initiatives in both the Insurance and Banking Industries.
Christian joined Jopari in April 2021 and is responsible to build upon Jopari’s current data & analytics capabilities and help the organization bring more actionable information to their customers so that they can make better decisions, faster. In addition, Christian will be working with a diverse set of stakeholders to help accelerate the company’s’ growth and performance.
Christian has over 25 years’ experience and expertise in Data & Analytics and is a proven technology leader with experience in the European Investment Bank, Reuters America, Mitchell International, Bechtel and Willis Towers Watson. He has 20+ years of experience in the P&C technology industry. Christian holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Strasbourg in France and a Specialization in Database Technologies from The University of Franche-Conte in Belfort France.
Colleen is accountable for onboarding new payer clients and implementation of Jopari ebill, Digital Mailroom, Payment, Adjuster Portal and Attach products.
Colleen started her career as an Implementation Manager in the group health industry with a focus in practice management software integrations. She has over 25 years of experience in Property and Casualty and Group Health programs. Her forward thinking and level of expertise in ebilling has been instrumental in providing our customers quick innovative solutions. Since joining Jopari in 2007, Colleen has implemented hundreds of customers and forged a long-lasting relationship with those clients. She is an asset to our customers and a major contributor to Jopari’s success.
Dave Correia is Jopari’s VP of Development and technical visionary for Jopari Remittance Gateway and PNC Remittance Advantage. In addition to software technology expertise, Mr. Correia brings to Jopari extensive knowledge of web based applications. He leads Jopari’s teams responsible for the Remittance Gateway / Remittance Advantage Jopari products. Mr. Correia has over 40 years of software development experience, including VP of Development at Altary LLC, Director of Development at New Era of Networks, Inc. and Director of Development at Century Analysis, Inc. (CAI), where he was chief product architect.
Lesley joined Jopari in August of 2015 as leader of the product and project management team, responsible for product lifecycle, project management, technical publications, and process improvement. Ms. Jenkins primary focus is to develop and execute product roadmaps for Jopari’s payment, eBill and attachment solutions. In addition, Lesley facilitates and implements corporate initiatives to improve efficiencies by optimizing processes.
Lesley has over 20 years of product and project management experience in the technology industry, including Director of Product Management Insurance Analytics at FICO and Sr. Product Manager for Analytics and Reporting at Mitchell.
Nicole is responsible for leading Jopari’s National Account Management team. This team works closely with new and existing P&C and Commercial Clients that range from single state employers to some of the largest national TPA’s and insurance companies. As a trusted partner to our clients, this team’s primary objective is to identify needs and develop strategies for growth by providing quality, cost-effective services. In addition, they assist our clients with all aspects of client management, including stewardship meetings, reporting, workflow enhancements and issue resolution.
In her previous role as account manager, Nicole was instrumental in developing business opportunities for existing and prospective clients with solutions to help improve their operational costs and streamline their workflows.
Nicole joined Jopari 8 years ago and has over 20 years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation Managed Care space. In addition to her extensive experience with electronic billing and payments, she has a background in Bill Review, PPOs, and Case Management. Nicole previously worked at Coventry Health Care as a Director in their Account Management department.
Steve is responsible for all accounting functions and leads the accounting and human resources services group for Jopari.
A finance professional with extensive management accounting and operational analysis experience, he joined Jopari in 2009 as the Company’s first Controller. Prior to joining Jopari Steve worked as a Controller in the transportation and waste industries in both competitive and regulated markets. He has a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
Tammy joined Jopari in 2014 and her primary focus is leading Jopari’s customer facing support and service teams to wide recognition as a World Class Customer Service Organization. Tammy has over 15 years’ experience in the Workers’ Compensation insurance and banking industry. She has led various teams responsible for WC bill adjudication and consumer check printing. Tammy has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.
Tom is a seasoned executive with over 30 years in Insurance & Risk Management and a track record of driving growth. His responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities for the organization and helping customers realize the significant efficiency and financial improvements from using Jopari Solutions.
Prior to joining Jopari, Tom’s experience included building numerous startup operations throughout the Eastern United States, developing nationwide distribution networks, and managing all aspects of carrier operations during his tenure with EBI Companies, Managed Comp, and Zenith.
Tom still holds his agents license and his experiences range from offshore captives and niche programs to standard lines. Three of his five degrees are from Keen State College where he developed specialty insurance coursework and taught as an adjunct professor in the Industrial Technology & Safety Program.
Tyler is responsible for all aspects of the company’s engineering product development activities. As the Vice President of Engineering, his focus is on the structuring and operation of the product development engineering function as a cohesive unit; the conceptualizing and day-to-day management of simultaneous projects; delivering software to agreed specifications within time and budget constraints and fostering of innovative solutions to customer needs.
