Account Manager (Client Success Manager)

On a daily basis, you can expect to spend your time working with multiple clients to support and communicate the success of their services with Jopari.  Your efforts will be focused on client retention and upselling additional products and services to existing clients. Being responsible for maintaining a strong, healthy relationship with our clients, you will be expected to work very closely with multiple divisions within Jopari to ensure each department is exceeding the client’s needs contractually, ethically, and timely.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong trusting, ethical, strategic, and objective business relationships in which the best interests of Jopari and our clients are maintained.
  • Understand client needs that will help improve our clients’ business.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to promote new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement (pain points).
  • Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis based on customers’ profile and market feedback.
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders as necessary,
  • Forecast, track, and communicate key account metrics where necessary.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Work closely with the Client Support Team to ensure SLAs and other customer expectations are being met.
  • Support marketing and trade show activities as a client facing representative of Jopari Solutions.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements needed to be successful in this role:

  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive level leaders.
  • Experience and success in maintaining strong, trusting relationships with existing clients and internal team members.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. 
  • Conversant and knowledgeable in the Healthcare Claims Cycle, including medical billing and payments.  An understanding of Workers’ Compensation Insurance is a plus.
  • Ability to think and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Professional writing and verbal communication/presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel < 5% of the time when permissible.
