Colorado is making a significant move toward modernizing its workers’ compensation billing process. Beginning January 1, 2026, healthcare providers submitting 25 or more workers’ compensation bills per month (excluding interpreters) must submit those bills electronically, and all payers (excluding self-insured employers) must be ready to accept electronic bills in a HIPAA-compliant 837 format.
To support a smooth transition, the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation, in partnership with industry experts including Jopari Solutions, will host a live eBilling webinar on Tuesday, July 15 at 12:00 p.m. MT.
What You’ll Learn:
- An overview of Colorado’s new eBilling requirements
- Important deadlines and implementation steps
- How to submit attachments like medical records electronically
- The 3 easy steps to get started
- Answers to your questions in a live Q&A
- Resources to help you transition smoothly
This is a great opportunity to hear directly from the Division and technology experts who have helped providers and payers across the country to implement compliant eBill solutions.
