Partnering with One Call Care Management “One Call”, Jopari offers a link through its Provider Portal Web tool for providers to take advantage of One Call’s FREE expedited pre-authorization and scheduling service.
Pre-authorization services such as PT, MRI’s Diagnostics, and much more may be required by an insurance bill payer or mandated by a state statute for reimbursement. One Call offers a service where they work with the payer to obtain that approval. Medical providers often get caught in a payers web of call centers chasing down the case manager and/or adjuster in order to obtain pre-approval for services.
Because medical providers already have access to the Jopari Portal Web tool, they have direct access to One Call through a link where they can simply submit their requests for pre-authorization.
