Nancy joined Jopari in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer.  She is a seasoned finance and talent management executive with particular expertise in assessing and completing acquisitions, raising capital, creating sound financial control, planning and analysis and hiring, developing and retaining key human talent.  Nancy has a strong interest in solving the challenges of scaling high growth organizations.  At Jopari, Nancy leads finance, human resources, contract administration, client support, compliance, and risk management. She is responsible for driving growth by enabling the organization to execute revenue, hiring and profit plans effectively to deliver strong financial performance.

Prior to Jopari, Nancy has accumulated her business expertise in a broad range of roles. As Senior Vice President of Global Expansion and Integration at Charles Schwab and Co., she defined and executed Schwab’s expansion into international markets. She served as CFO for Charles Schwab Europe during its launch of on-line trading. She also was CFO of Schwab’s high growth 401(k) business. At Citicorp, she was a corporate banker, where she developed funding and cash management strategies for a broad range of clients. She received her CPA while working in Deloitte’s audit practice. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and an M.B.A. in General Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
