Dave Correia

Vice President of Development

Dave Correia is Jopari’s VP of Development and technical visionary for Jopari Remittance Gateway and PNC Remittance Advantage. In addition to software technology expertise, Mr. Correia brings to Jopari extensive knowledge of web based applications. He leads Jopari’s teams responsible for Jopari’s Remittance Gateway / Remittance Advantage Jopari products.

Mr. Correia has over 40 years of software development experience, including VP of Development at Altary LLC, Director of Development at New Era of Networks, Inc. and Director of Development at Century Analysis, Inc. (CAI), where he was chief product architect.

Colleen Berry

Director of Payer Technologies

Colleen is responsible for supporting and implementing all Payers including Jopari eBill, Jopari Adjustor Portal and assisting in Jopari Attach. She works closely with Account Managers.

Colleen joined Jopari in 2007, having previously worked in the PPO Network management services as a Project/Account Manager; with Property & Casualty claims management and medical billing software as Business Analyst; Project Manager and Account Manager; and eBilling software as an Implementation Manager: and Business Analyst and Customer Care Rep for both Providers and Payer clients.

Colleen has 17 years of experience in the Property and Casualty and Group Health software solutions.  She was the Account Manager for Corporate Systems MedBill client Hartford Insurance. She had a lead role in the implementation and support with one of Corporate Systems largest account, Hartford’s Insurance eBill initiative in 2000.  She started her career as an Implementation Manager in the practice management system Group Health industry.

Louie Dao

Director of Quality Assurance

Louie Dao is Jopari’s Director of Quality Assurance, and has been with the Company since 2008. Mr. Dao is responsible for ensuring overall quality and reliability of all Jopari projects.   His responsibilities include administration of source code control and release deployment, oversight of testing frameworks, and coordination of all test tasks and training involving on-site as well as remote QA staff.

Mr. Dao specialized in software development for twenty years prior to Joining Jopari, including management positons with SPSS, Inc. Xian, China (Acquired by IBM); healthcare technology vendor Altary, Inc., management applications hub Xuma, Inc., and in research and development with Century Analysis / New Era of Networks.

Steve Gallucci

Controller

Steve Gallucci leads the accounting and administrative services group for Jopari.  In addition to overseeing the day to day accounting, finance and human resources activities, he contributes to the ongoing compliance efforts for healthcare information privacy and security and serves as Jopari’s Privacy Officer.  A finance professional with extensive management accounting and analysis experience, he has been with Jopari since 2009 and was hired as the Company’s first Controller.

Prior to joining Jopari he worked as a Controller in the transportation and waste industries, partnering with operational managers to achieve financial and strategic goals for multiple sites at the branch, group and subsidiary levels.  He is a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a degree in Managerial Economics.

Dennis Hanson

Director of Operations

Dennis has operations responsibility for the applications infrastructures including connectivity services, attachment, claim, and payment processing.   He leads the SaaS operations applications team and is responsible for monitoring, auditing and analyzing processes to ensure quality and on time delivery

Mr. Hanson has over thirty years of healthcare IT and software development experience.  Prior to joining Jopari in 2005, Dennis was Manager Operational Services and Director of Customer Support for GE Healthcare in San Ramon, California.

Jim Grim

Technical Account Manager

Jim Grim is Jopari’s Technical Account Manager and has been with Jopari since 2004. Mr. Grim is responsible for new business development in the Property & Casualty arena and supports many of Jopari’s resellers’ client acquisition efforts.

Jim works closely with prospective clients and Jopari implementation managers on solution design and workflow modeling to ensure successful implementations for Jopari’s electronic billing and automated payment offerings.  Jim has a BA from Washington State University and 25+ years’ experience in business development and sales. Prior to joining Jopari Jim was a founder of a successful engineering consulting firm and spent time on the leadership teams of two insurance technology start-ups.

Angela Johnson

Director of P&C Payments Systems

Angela is responsible for all P&C payment products and implementation of those programs, including addition of Jopari’s virtual card payment solution to the company’s suite of payment product offerings.

Prior to joining Jopari in 2008, Ms. Johnson worked as a BA and QA Engineer for several companies.  She has 22 years extensive experience in the Property and Casualty and Group Health Industries. In 2015 she was recognized with the Jopari Leadership Award for her outstanding leadership and commitment to Jopari and our partners.

Barbara Hess

Director of Customer Care

Barbara is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and day-to-day operations of all aspects of customer support and services related to delivery of Jopari’s expanding suite of advanced EDI technology products.   Barbara’s primary focus is leading Jopari’s customer facing support and services teams to wide recognition as a World Class Customer Service Organization.

Barbara joined Jopari’s senior executive team in December, 2014, having previously led the implementation of multiple components of The Hartford Insurance Company’s Workers’ Compensation Claims and Medical Cost Containment Programs.  She has led Customer Care and Call Center Initiatives for several nationally prominent business organizations, including The Hartford Insurance Company, Deluxe Financial Services, Inc. and Xerox.

Barbara has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in Group Health and Workers’ Compensation Claims Medical Program Management, in addition to Customer Care Call Center Management initiatives in both the Insurance and Banking Industries.  The teams she has led have been nominated for the President’s Award and were recipients of the Claims Excellence award with The Hartford Insurance Company.

Archana Patil

Quality Assurance Manager

Archana has been with the Company since 2011.  Ms. Patil coordinates various Quality Assurance activities including sprint scheduling, team assignments, process implementation; and providing day-to-day technical guidance, hands-on help to on-site as well as remote QA staff to ensure overall quality of Jopari projects.

Her responsibilities include working closely with developers, business analysts, and Project Managers.  Archana has ten years of Software Quality Assurance experience prior to Joining Jopari, worked as Lead/QA Engineer at Wells Fargo Bank, Inc.; Checkpoint Software Technology; and PlanetRx.com

Carol Porciuncula

Director of Development

Carol has been with Jopari since 2006.  Ms. Porciuncula is responsible for providing technical guidance and oversight for new incoming Implementation projects.  She works closely with Account Managers and Development teams to ensure clients are implemented correctly and in the most expedient way possible.  Ms. Porciuncula has worked in many areas of the company during her tenure, including as a developer, operations engineer and manager of the development staff.

Ms. Porciuncula has over 15 years of experience in software development.  Prior to working for Jopari, Ms. Porciuncula worked as a Developer at the International Computer Science Institute in Berkeley, California.

Jeannie Yu

Lead Development Engineer

Jeannie is responsible for the development team focused on client implementation, and manages the development projects from design through release.

Jeannie works closely with production owner, Implementation manager and operation to ensure the requirements are met, providing day to day technical support and guidance to team members and keeping the team focused to deliver products on time and to the best quality standards.

Jeannie has over 20 years of software development experience. She has worked with organizations large and small including Kaiser Permanente, PMI Mortgage Insurance co, Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. New York District Attorney’s Office. Prior to joining Jopari in 2008, Jeannie was a key developer for the iVOS product at Valley Oak Systems, which was acquired by AON eSolutions.

Jeannie holds a BS in Computer Science from University of Minnesota and MS in Information System from Baruch College – City University of New York.

Victoria Handros

Lead Development Engineer

Victoria Handros leads diverse teams delivering infrastructure, product, and client implementations solutions. In her role, she is responsible for technical design and development, training and mentoring staff, and ensuring all parties involved in each project work together to meet customer requirements and timelines, delivering the best quality.

Victoria has 20 years of software engineering experience in both healthcare and financial industry. Prior to joining Jopari in 2010, she worked at Century Analysis, Inc., New Era of Networks.Inc, Sybase, and SAP in engineering and leadership positions.
