Tom McCarthy

Vice President of Sales

Tom joined Jopari in July of 2019 and is responsible to develop, modify and execute strategic sales processes to include both direct and channel partner sales on a new and existing penetration basis.

Tom has over 30 years of experience in Risk Management and Insurance including building numerous startup operations throughout the Eastern United States, developing nationwide agency distribution networks, and managing carrier operations.  Tom still holds his agent license and as a WC specialist, his experiences range from offshore captives and specialty niche programs to standard lines insurance.  Three of his five degrees are from Keene State College where he also developed specialty coursework and taught as an adjunct professor in the Industrial Technology & Safety Department.

Dave Correia

Vice President of Development

Dave Correia is Jopari’s VP of Development and technical visionary for Jopari Remittance Gateway and PNC Remittance Advantage. In addition to software technology expertise, Mr. Correia brings to Jopari extensive knowledge of web based applications. He leads Jopari’s teams responsible for Jopari’s Remittance Gateway / Remittance Advantage Jopari products.

Mr. Correia has over 40 years of software development experience, including VP of Development at Altary LLC, Director of Development at New Era of Networks, Inc. and Director of Development at Century Analysis, Inc. (CAI), where he was chief product architect.

Tyler Lantis

Vice President Engineering

Tyler is responsible for all aspects of the company’s engineering product development activities. As the Vice President of Engineering, his focus is on the structuring and operation of the product development engineering function as a cohesive unit; the conceptualizing and day-to-day management of simultaneous projects; delivering software to agreed specifications within time and budget constraints, and the fostering of innovative solutions to customer needs.

Steve Gallucci

Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller

Steve Gallucci leads the accounting and administrative services group for Jopari.  In addition to overseeing the day to day accounting, finance and human resources activities, he contributes to the ongoing compliance efforts for healthcare information privacy and security and serves as Jopari’s Privacy Officer.  A finance professional with extensive management accounting and analysis experience, he has been with Jopari since 2009 and was hired as the Company’s first Controller.

Prior to joining Jopari he worked as a Controller in the transportation and waste industries, partnering with operational managers to achieve financial and strategic goals for multiple sites at the branch, group and subsidiary levels.  He is a graduate of the University of California, Davis with a degree in Managerial Economics.

Marylyn Fukuchi

Vice President of Operations

Marylyn Fukuchi leads Production Operations at Jopari, and is responsible for processing and delivery of the daily transactions submitted by clearinghouses, providers, partners, and payers.

Ms. Fukuchi coordinates business continuity and disaster recovery tests; and also coordinates all Jopari certifications, including SSAE16 attestation audits.

Marylyn has over 30 years of experience in the software development industry, and joined Jopari in 2005. Previously she worked as COO at Altary, LLC, where she managed operations. She was also VP of Product Management at New Era of Networks, Inc. and at Century Analysis, Inc.

Lesley Jenkins

Director Product & Project Management

Lesley Jenkins manages the product and project management team, responsible for product lifecycle, project management, technical publications and process improvement. Ms. Jenkins primary focus is to facilitate the execution of corporate initiatives and improve efficiencies by optimizing processes.

Lesley has over 20 years of product and project management experience in the technology industry, including Director of Product Management Insurance Analytics at FICO and Sr. Product Manager for Analytics and Reporting at Mitchell.

Barbara Hess

Director of Customer Care

Barbara is responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and day-to-day operations of all aspects of customer support and services related to delivery of Jopari’s expanding suite of advanced EDI technology products.   Barbara’s primary focus is leading Jopari’s customer facing support and services teams to wide recognition as a World Class Customer Service Organization.

Barbara joined Jopari’s senior executive team in December, 2014, having previously led the implementation of multiple components of The Hartford Insurance Company’s Workers’ Compensation Claims and Medical Cost Containment Programs.  She has led Customer Care and Call Center Initiatives for several nationally prominent business organizations, including The Hartford Insurance Company, Deluxe Financial Services, Inc. and Xerox.

Barbara has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in Group Health and Workers’ Compensation Claims Medical Program Management, in addition to Customer Care Call Center Management initiatives in both the Insurance and Banking Industries.  The teams she has led have been nominated for the President’s Award and were recipients of the Claims Excellence award with The Hartford Insurance Company.
