Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager will be responsible for a variety of functions. This position will be part of the Implementation Services team responsible for submitter implementations, implementation acquisition, lead follow-up and business requirement documentation. Our business is growing rapidly, and your contributions will directly affect our planned growth.
Position responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently with changing priorities.
- Responsible for coordinating the development of business specifications documents in conjunction with internal and external resources, and obtaining buy-in/sign-off from all stakeholders
- Implementation of Jopari services ensuring clients’ needs are met.
- Cross-sell services as appropriate based on client’s needs.
- Identify and execute on new sales opportunities
- Conduct user training on products as needed
- Develop a working knowledge of present system functionality, and identify additional client needs
- Maintain strong working relationship with clients through regular meetings and follow through
- Perform testing, evaluate and communicate results of test files in a way the client can understand. This may require communicating highly technical information in a simplified manner.
- Provide verbal and written communications in a concise, timely and appropriate manner
- Effectively organize and prioritize client project tasks for timely completion
Skills and experience Required
- 3-5 year direct technical experience in a role such as Business Analyst or Product Manager for a medical billing, practice management or clearinghouse systems.
- Competency with EDI transactions (X12, other formats) is required.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Extensive project planning and priority management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills is required.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
Desired Competencies
- Success interfacing with various internal (sales, development, operations) and external constituents (customers, partners, etc.)
- Ability to think strategically and innovatively
- Knowledge in physician and pharmacy billing a plus
- Background or experience in Property and Casualty, Healthcare, or medical billing
