As part of our Concord, California-Sales Team, your mission will be to support our Sales Team in the Sales process from start to finish. Your proven experience will give you the foundation needed to succeed as you assist the Sales Team in a highly collaborative manner to interact with cross-functional teams including client services, product management and implementation.

In addition, you will put your excellent communication skills to use demonstrating the ability to interface with management and clients which is a key requirement for this position.

Position Duties

Your duties and responsibilities will be designated by the company with an initial focus on:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, including but not limited to:
    • Enter data as needed
    • Create and run custom reports
    • Setup and run sales campaigns
    • Create and assign tasks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel to include creating custom spreadsheets to capture data and organize work tasks
  • Prospect Research, including but not limited to:
    • Internet research to gather basic information on prospects
    • Internet searches to identify individuals in target positions. Research to include names, title, email address and phone number
    • Telephonic research to validate and gather information not able to be obtained via internet research
  • Assistance in other areas to include:
    • Work on Specialty projects
    • Travel Arrangements
    • Expense Reporting
