Enterprise Sales Executive

The Position

Jopari Solutions seeks an Enterprise Sales Executive to lead Jopari’s National Sales Initiative through prospecting, closing and implementing world class payment solutions associated with the claims management activities of Insurance Companies, TPA’s and Self Insured-Self Administered Employers clients.   A thorough knowledge of the U.S. payments ecosystem and the advantages of various payment instruments is necessary for this role.   This includes payments initiated by check, ACH, EDI, and virtual card.   The selected candidate will have deep understanding of payments generally and have a proven track record articulating and marketing enterprise-wide to large and mid-size clients the advantages of outsourcing payments associated with the settlement of insurance claims.

The Enterprise Sales Executive will prospect, negotiate contractual terms, close and implement both new clients and cross-selling into an existing client base. A strong acumen for closing complex deals involving stakeholders from multiple clients departments such as Treasury, Claims Management, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Operations is essential to the position.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of payments experience in sales, closing contracts worth $1MM+
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas
  • Must Be a Sales Hunter, Ability to prospect and drive net new sales in a very competitive payments technology environment
  • Ability to strategically drive the sale process to contract and through implementation; ability to close sales deals on multiple levels with multiple stakeholders within prospect organization
  • Understanding of payments technology and payment modalities
  • Ability to thrive in an organization environment that’s fast evolving
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Must have a passion for forward facing client involvement
  • Passionate about managing large enterprise relationships and delivering a high degree of customer satisfaction

  • Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or other related field required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with enterprise sales, cross selling, structured sales process and customer contacts
  • Apply an expert working knowledge of all business and consumer products/services as well as marketing initiatives to serve as a base for effective targeted consultative sales selling.
  • Ability to coordinate responses to RFP, RFIs in a strategic, educational and efficient manner including building and maintaining a RFP response library
  • Proactively grow business customer base and profitability through maintaining a thorough knowledge of all Jopari products/services to ensure that all customer and prospect needs are identified and met on a pro-active basis by making appropriate recommendations for products/services.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Salesforce CRM experience helpful; understanding and use of Miller Heiman or equivalent sales tracking approach helpful

Licenses /Certifications desired, but not required:

  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Designation from the Association of Financial Professionals
  • Other professional certifications (CPA, PMP etc.) helpful and provide subject-matter-expertise as applicable
