For calendar year 2012 auditor AuditOne provided independent third party verification of Jopari management’s assertion that policies and procedures are both correctly designed and operating effectively to achieve control objectives throughout the specified audit period. AuditOne evaluated the Company’s adherence to carefully documented assertions regarding design suitability and operating effectiveness of internal controls and control objectives. Year 2012 is the second annual period subsequent to replacement of SAS 70 audits by enhanced SSAE Type II audits during which AuditOne found no exceptions in their review process.
