SSAE Certification

Jopari Solutions, Inc. performs annual SSAE 16 Type II audits to fully attest data security and integrity of client data through the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts’ (AICPA) benchmark compliance reporting. The Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16 addresses internal controls. Issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA), it is considered the authoritative guidance standard for service organizations.

Jopari is fully committed to SSAE 16 Type II audits, the benchmark compliance report for organizations required to abide by privacy and security regulations. For calendar year 2012 auditor AuditOne provided independent third party verification of Jopari management’s assertion that policies and procedures are both correctly designed and operating effectively to achieve control objectives throughout the specified audit period. AuditOne evaluated the Company’s adherence to carefully documented assertions regarding design suitability and operating effectiveness of internal controls and control objectives. Year 2012 is the second annual period subsequent to replacement of SAS 70 audits by enhanced SSAE Type II audits during which AuditOne found no exceptions in their review process.
