Jopari Offers Seamless Medical Bill Payment EDI State Reporting Solution for Workers' Compensation Claim Payers Tech Leader in Electronic Bill and Payment Processing Extends Services to Meet Jurisdictional State Reporting Requirements

Concord, CA. — July 10, 2006 — Jopari Solutions, Inc., the leading provider of property and casualty Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) processing services, today announced new services for Medical EDI State reporting on behalf of claim payers using Jopari's medical bill and payment automation services. The new services are available in workers' compensation jurisdictions implementing mandatory medical bill payment reporting. California commences mandatory Medical Bill Payment EDI State reporting on Sept 22 of this year, while Texas will require EDI reporting of prior processed medical bills on or before September 1, 2006. EDI medical bill payment reporting is at the planning stage in ten additional states.

Offered in conjunction with Jopari's EBPP services, the new Medical EDI Medical Bill Payment State reporting service provides claim payers a streamlined, cost effective and easily implemented solution that incorporates IAIABC standardized data sets and EDI transaction specifications matching broad jurisdictional reporting requirements.

Projected estimates of one time development costs for compliance ranged from $50,000 to $500,000. Jopari's Medical Bill Payment EDI State report submission service is specifically designed to allow payers to avoid these up front development costs by leveraging a competitive transaction based fee model.
