DAVID Corporation and Jopari Solutions Sign Certified Systems Partner Agreement DAVID Becomes First Claims Management Provider to Certify Jopari for Automated Payment Processing Integration

Concord, CA. and San Francisco — April 11, 2005 — DAVID Corporation, a leading provider of risk management information systems for self-insured, self-administered organizations and third-party administrators, and Jopari Solutions, Inc., the industry leader in insurance payment processing automation today announced their agreement to become Certified Systems Partners.

DAVID Corporation is the first claims information systems provider to recognize Jopari as a Certified Systems Partner. Terms of the partnership include joint documentation, testing and mutual upgrade / release management of systems integration between the two companies. The objective of the agreement is to ensure DAVID users of supported and stable integration with JopariPay.

DAVID clients transitioning to JopariPay can save an average of $4.00 per payment. Jopari estimates that payment automation will result in payer savings of at least 50% over in-house paper based payment processing, an economic driver the two companies believe will spur significant adoption of payment automation services.

One DAVID user already benefiting from JopariPay is JT2, a California based Workers' Compensation Third Party Claims Administrator specializing in public entities and high tech industries. The JopariPay service has brought JT2 immediate cost-benefits and efficiency gains in addition to significantly reducing payment related customer service calls.

Theresa Fernandez, JT2's Executive Vice President, pointed out: "The Jopari solution allows us to synchronize payments with remittance advices (EORs) and deliver them electronically. As a result, our payment status inquiry calls have dropped dramatically. The fact that Jopari is a certified systems partner of DAVID allowed us to adopt payment automation with confidence."
