Leader in Workers’ Compensation Comprehensive Medical Management Services Integrates Jopari’s Bill Cycle Automation Technology to Provide End-to-End Solutions for Customers

CONCORD, CA and NEWPORT BEACH, CA—February 11, 2007—Total HealthCare Management, Inc., an industry leader in providing comprehensive medical management services, and Jopari Solutions, the property and casualty industry’s leading supplier of bill cycle automation technology, today announced launch of an Electronic Billing and Remittance Gateway automating end-to-end bill and payment workflow for workers’ compensation customers and health care providers. The Gateway satisfies jurisdictional eBill compliance needs of both payers and health care providers, while eliminating time and labor intensive manual handling of workers’ compensation bills and attachments.

Total HealthCare Management’s solution wraps Jopari’s electronic billing and remittance Platform around existing customer workflows in a way that leverages in-place systems. The Platform minimizes the need for internal IT development to process compliant ANSI x12 837 electronic bill and ANSI x12 835 (ERA) formats, while allowing health care providers to securely view, download, store and retrieve on demand all bill and remittance information.
